Each property offers a unique experience with access to a luxurious hot tub with panoramic views and an opportunity to relax and recharge in a secluded and private rural setting.
The properties include, the Granary, The Stables and the Hut on The Hill. All properties have been lovingly restored and are offered so you can indulge yourselves and delight in an area we as a family, have enjoyed since 1986.
The story began when we renovated the Granary that sits opposite the main house in 2007. We then converted the Stables in 2013 and it all went from there. Some years later Lower Carterspiece is a magical, secluded, and peaceful escape for families and couples alike. There are three types of accommodation on offer. THE GRANARY
Sleeps 2
Prices start from £160 per night
The Granary - Located on the first floor and access is gained up the original stone steps. The living area is cosy and inviting, retaining many of its original features including oak beams, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area is on a platform above the living space and has been decorated with soft furnishings providing a Moroccan theme. The luxury bathroom has plenty of storage. The windows overlook open farmland and private secluded gardens.
THE STABLES

Prices start from £200 per night
The Stables - Has a beautiful hot tub and patio with dining and seating area alongside. At 38ºc the Hot tub provides that special treat all year round. The property consists of one double bedroom with ensuite, one twin bedroom, kitchen/dining area in a light and airy conservatory overlooking the garden with views over open farmland. Access to the bathroom is through the main double bedroom. The second bedroom has an option of one or two single(s), or one large double bed.
HUT ON THE HILL

Prices start from £140 per night
The Hut on the Hill - Is a luxury, Shepherds Hut; but it is so much more than just a hut. Fully centrally heated, with King size bed, extensive outside area, kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, and fridge. The panoramic views are outstanding from all aspects of the hut. In addition, the adjacent stable, also centrally heated, consists of a utility area, where you can dry wet kit, wet pets and a safe place for bikes, canoes etc.
